Assistant Swim Coach –  Woodbine Swim Club

Woodbine is looking for an Assistant Coach:

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Meet with Tri-Co reps before beginning of season to discuss upcoming events
– Assist head coach and fellow assistant coaches in running after school practices Monday through Friday
– Assist head coach and fellow assistant coaches in running morning practices Monday through Friday
– Assist with meets:
        – 5 A Meets (Saturdays)
        – 3-4 B Meets (Wednesday
        – 1 Mini + 1 Midi meet (2 Sundays)
        – Jack Hauffner Meet
        – Tri County Meet
– Help to prepare meet sheets for both A and B meets
– Promote a safe and healthy competition environment
– Build a positive community by encouraging swimmers during practices, meets, and other spirit events such as:
        – Pep rallies
        – Spirit week
        – Etc.
– Communicate with fellow coaches, parents, and swimmers.
