Voorhees Swim Club is actively seeking a qualified individual with previous swim experience for AssistantCoach for the 2023 Summer Season.
Job Description:
• Responsibilities include assisting with running practices, including night camper practices, with a focus on stroke and turn mechanics and individual swimmer development.
• Attend all A and B meets and league championship meets.
• Must be available for daily weekday practices and Tuesday/Thursday night camp practices, as well as A and B meets from Memorial Day through Tri-county Championships.
• Assist with planning and organizing team building activities.
• Assist Head Coach with the Learn to Swim program.
• Club dues for coach will be considered part of the salary and not be owed.
