Assistant Coach

Assistant coach responsibilities:

-Attend all meets and practices throughout the summer

-Assist with our Mini Mako lesson program

-Communicate effectively with the head coach and swim team committee

-Collaborate with head coach for meet lineup and spirit week activities

-Provide stroke and technique feedback to swimmers

-Organize and run practices as directed by the head coach

-Attend all banquets and pep rallies

-Prior coaching experience preferred

-Prior Tri-county swimming experience preferred

-Prior swim lesson experience preferred
