Assistant Manager

Woodstream Swim Club

Woodstream is seeking an Assistant Manger for the 2023 season.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to enforcing policies and procedures, which ensure efficient and effective operation of pool facilities including personnel management and training.  Duties involve all swimming pool operations, first aid, public relations, janitorial duties, limited pool maintenance including daily chemical analysis/testing, pool cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms and grounds and all other duties as necessary or required.  This is a working supervisory position requiring weekend and holiday hours.

Qualifications:

Current American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification
Recommended minimum of two years experience as an assistant manager of a public or private pool or equivalent setting or two years experience in aquatics and supervision of other employees.
