Head Dive Coach

Covered Bridge Swim Club is seeking a Head Dive Coach. Candidate must be available May 26, 2026 through July 26, 2026. Interested candidates should email cbsccrocs@gmail.com.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-to work the days and hours necessary to perform the function of Dive Coach, including daily after school practices 5/26 through 6/18, daily morning practices 6/19 through 7/24, Friday pep rallies, Sunday meets, and the Dive Championship Meet.
-to provide instruction of competitive diving skills for all levels of ability within a fun and inclusive learning environment.
-to encourage and follow safety standards in order to best ensure the safety and well-being of the divers both at practices and at meets.
-to prepare and submit entries for participants in dive meets.
-to build a positive community and communicate with the swim club board, pool managers, swim coaches, and parents of dive team members.
