Woodstream is seeking qualified candidates for the following position for the 2025 summer season:

Assistant Pool Manager

The Assistant Pool Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the pool facilities by enforcing policies and procedures, managing personnel, and overseeing staff training. This supervisory role involves all aspects of swimming pool operations, including but not limited to: 

Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a secure environment for patrons and staff.
Providing first aid and responding to emergencies as needed.
Handling public relations and addressing member inquiries or concerns.
Performing janitorial duties, including routine cleaning of the pool, bathrooms, and surrounding areas.
Conducting daily chemical analysis/testing and ensuring proper pool maintenance.
Executing additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on supervisory position that requires weekend and holiday availability. Ideal candidates will be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification
A minimum of two years experience as an assistant manager of a public or private pool or equivalent setting, or two years experience in aquatics and supervision of other employees, is recommended.
