Woodbine is seeking an assistant manager for the 2025 season. Under the general supervision of the Manager and Pool Operator, the Assistant Pool Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the swim club including the lifeguards and front desk staff. This position requires holiday hours and weekends.
Duties:
· Enforcing the rules and regulations of the swim club to ensure the safety of members
· Overseeing daily maintenance of the aquatics facility, including the pool, bathrooms, snack bar, and grounds
· Conduct water chemical testing and adjust chemicals as needed under the direction of the Pool Operator
· Collect membership applications and payments
· Foster a positive work environment amongst staff members
· Handle member complaints and answer questions
· Maintain open communication with the Manager and Board of Directors
Qualifications
· Lifeguarding & CPR certified through American Red Cross
· Recommended 2 years of experience in aquatics and/or management
