Assistant Swim Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Swim Coach for the 2026 summer season, beginning on or about May 26, 2026 through approximately August 2, 2026 (post Tri-County Championships).

Schedule Requirements
    •    Practices & Mini Makos: Monday–Friday, 4–5 hours daily
    •    One camper practice per week (2–3 hours)
    •    Approximately 9 swim meets (Wednesdays/Saturdays, ~6 hours each)
    •    Required attendance at Burlington County, Tri-County, and MIDI or MINI championship meets

Responsibilities
    •    Assist with daily practices and skill development
    •    Provide stroke instruction and technique feedback
    •    Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and swimmer safety
    •    Support meet operations and team activities

Qualifications
    •    Competitive swimming experience required
    •    Prior coaching/instruction experience preferred
    •    Strong knowledge of strokes, starts, and turns
    •    Reliable, energetic, and able to work outdoors
    •    CPR/First Aid certification
