Pool Manager – Summer 2025

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facilities. This is a dynamic position where you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of the pool environment for our guests or residents.

Employment Type: 40/hr week –  Summer Season Only
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise pool staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide training on emergency procedures
Maintain pool cleanliness, monitor water quality, and ensure proper chemical levels
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Monitor and track inventory, including pool supplies and equipment
Enforce a maintenance schedule for the pool and surrounding areas
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Assist with coordinating pool events/programs to ensure staffed appropriately or programs 
Qualifications:

Previous experience in pool management or related field preferred
Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (if required)
Certified Pool Operator (CPO)  license (preferred)
