Head Dive Coach

Covered Bridge Swim Club is seeking a Head Dive Coach. Candidate must be available beginning Memorial Day weekend and continuing through the Dive Championship Meet in July. Interested candidates should email [email protected].

Duties and Responsibilities:

To work the days and hours necessary to perform the function of Dive Coach. This includes daily after school practices 5/27 through 6/19, daily morning practices 6/20 until the Dive Championship Meet in July, Friday evening pep rallies, Sunday dive meets, and the Dive Championship Meet.

To provide instruction of competitive diving skills for all levels of ability within a fun and inclusive learning environment.

To encourage and follow safety standards in order to best ensure the safety and well-being of the divers both at practices and at meets.

To prepare and submit entries for participants in dive meets.

To build a positive community and communicate with the swim club board, pool managers, swim coaches, and parents of dive team members.
