Erlton Assistant Swim Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Swim Coach for the 2026 summer swim season, beginning on or about May 27, 2026 through approximately August 2, 2026(post Tri-County Championships.

Schedule Requirements

All practices and Swim Lessons: Monday – Friday, 4 – 5 hours daily AM
Approximately 8 swim meets ( Wed Nights/ Sat mornings, 6 hours each)
Required attendance at Cherry Bowl and Tri-County Championships

Responsibilities

Assist with daily practices and skill development
Provide stroke instruction and technique feedback
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and swimmer safety
Prepare the meet sheets for the B-Meets(3 during the season) with the other assistant coaches
Support meet operations and team activities

Qualifications

Competitive swimming experience required
Prior coaching/instruction experience preferred
Strong knowledge of all four competitive strokes, starts and turns
Reliable, energetic, and able to work outdoors
