Head Dive Coach

Covered Bridge Swim Club is seeking a Head Dive Coach.

Candidate must be available beginning Memorial Day weekend and continuing through the Dive Championship Meet in July. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         to work the days and hours necessary to perform the function of Dive Coach, including daily practices, Friday pep rallies, Sunday meets, and the Dive Championship Meet.

·         to provide instruction of competitive diving skills for all levels of ability within a fun and inclusive learning environment.

·         to encourage and follow safety standards in order to best ensure the safety and well-being of the divers both at practices and at meets.

·         to prepare and submit entries for participants in dive meets.

·         to build a positive community and communicate with the swim club board, pool managers, swim coaches, and parents of dive team members.
